摘要 目的：探讨对功能性消化不良患者实施护理干预对睡眠质量的影响。方法：选取2017年1月至2019年3月厦门大学附属第一医院内科收治的功能性消化不良患者60例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，分析护理效果。结果：观察组护理后PSQI评分明显低于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，消化系统症状评分与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对功能性消化不良实施护理干预可改善睡眠质量，缓解病情。
